Roasted Carrots (or salted zucchini optional), red quinoa, toasted almond, Pumpkin seed, currants, parsley, caper dressing… you can even add some Persian feta to really get the party started!
This dish serves up to 10 people when included in one of our suggested meal packages.

Preparation and storage instructions:
Store product in fridge (1-5c) for up to 4 days
Allow undressed salad ingredients (except feta) to come to room temperature for minimum 1 hour prior to serving (preferably)
Dress with caper dressing just prior to serving. Once plated, crumbled cold feta over the top (optional)
Refrigerate any leftovers immediately and consume within 48 hours
