Grass fed beef shin braised with red wine, bone broth, thyme, carrot, celery and onion
Served with gremolata (chopped parsley, lemon, garlic)
This dish serves up to 10 people when included in one of our suggested meal packages.

Thyme and garlic potatoes
Roasted root vegetables, apple balsamic, savoury seeds

Preparation and storage instructions:
Store product in fridge (1-5c) for up to 5 days, or in freezer (-18c or below) for 3 months (defrost fully before heating)
Reheat (from defrosted) in oven at 180c for 30-40 minutes, or until product is hot throughout
Garnish with chopped parsley, lemon, garlic
Refrigerate any leftovers immediately and consume within 48 hours
